The University of South Florida's Training Center for Children's Mental Health has been a long-standing resource in Missouri's System of Care evolution. The Center recently released another tool that should prove useful, entitled "System Implementation Issue Briefs." This series offers concrete examples from communities that have successfully developed Systems of Care.
